Consultation & Quotation
After understanding the customer’s needs, VSG GAS consultants will provide detailed information about the suitable products. We will offer the most optimal solutions along with a clear and detailed quotation, ensuring that customers have enough information to make a decision.
Contract Signing & Order Deposit (Full Payment Possible)
When customers agree with the quotation and purchasing conditions, VSG GAS will draft a contract. Customers will sign the contract and make a deposit or full payment for the order as per the agreed terms.
Order Production
Immediately after the contract is signed and payment is made, VSG GAS will start producing the order according to the specified requirements and standards. This process is closely monitored to ensure product quality.
Finished Product Quality Inspection
Each product, after completion, will undergo a rigorous quality inspection. VSG GAS is committed to delivering only the highest standard products to customers.
Completing Goods Documentation
To ensure transparency and compliance with legal regulations, VSG GAS will complete the necessary documentation, including:
- Gas Composition Certificate (COA)
- Delivery Receipt
- Cylinder Inspection Certificate
Packaging Goods
After inspection and completing the documentation, the product will be carefully packaged to ensure safety during transportation.
Delivery
VSG GAS will deliver the goods to the address requested by the customer. We always ensure on-time and safe delivery.
Customer Inspection and Receipt of Goods
Upon receiving the goods, customers have the right to thoroughly inspect the product before signing for receipt. Any arising issues will be promptly and reasonably resolved by VSG GAS.
Payment and Order Completion
After inspecting and receiving the goods, customers will proceed with payment (if not fully paid) and VSG GAS will complete the final procedures, closing the purchasing process in a complete and satisfactory manner.
